חלימה חברתית ככלי לעיבוד טראומה חברתית בקהילה

להלן סיכום הרצאה שנשאתי בכנס EFPP 2018 בבלגרד, אודות ריבוי טראומות חברתיות ואישיות, של הארגון האירופי לפסיכותרפיה פסיכואנליטית.

הסיכום:

In her book, “The Third Reich of Dreams”, Charlotte Beradt (1964) describes the rise of fascism through the dreams of Jews in 1930s Germany. She describes the dreams becoming less personal, and more subordinate to a group psychology. Early in 1933, one Jewish dreamer has to give a Nazi salute, and his hand is raised with great effort. The Nazi officer in the dream dismisses the salute from a non-Aryan, and the dreamer is left stuck with a raised arm against his will. The pressure to objectify oneself, then to be rejected, and to remain inhuman is at the heart of this dynamic. Much before direct violence is employed. The social level here, is like a virus, that uses the individual against his/her interests, expropriating the host’s vital force, to proliferate itself. We fear that the phantacized ploys of romantization, nostalgization and emergene, that provide hope in the conflicts and uncertainty we live in, may have a price. These constructs of phantasy may act as gloss, as automatic instagram filters. Not only blinding us from seeing reality for what it is, and lead us to an inhuman automation of group thought. But also as an aesthetic pleasure that begging to be realized. Like the cliche of romanticizing the heroism of dead young soldiers on populist newspapers, meant to be sold.


In fractal geometry a simple formula that describes the folding of shape, can create an infinitely complex form. We’ve tried to formulate how the conflicts folds into itself, only to reopen. The third vetrices we described seem to be tge way the conflict develops like a fractal form. As a wound within a wound within a wound.

We view our work, and the creation of a dream space for the community to meet in dialogue, as a different way to emerge from the individual to the social. We view it as real hope of a higher level of interrelatedness that also respects its individual components. Hope is offered in this context, not from anywhere else, but from inter-being itself. Offering a dream to the matrix and seeing it get charged with significance by other people, or picking someone else’s dream to represent my own emotions, requires a change of mindset. Relinquishing individual authorship and letting go of the possibility to grow through copyrights and reproduction, and instead entering an open source collaboration allows for meeting points with otherness to act as a true emergent third, a space for fertile dialogue.

החשיבה הייתה מעניינת ואנשים רציניים שאלו שאלות רציניות.

התגובות מהוותיקים בתחום גם בכנס הזה וגם בכנס הקודם שהצגתי בו בפראג עוסקות בעיקר בפנייה שלנו לקהילה הלא פסיכולוגית, והחוויה שלנו לגבי היכולת של אנשים לא מתורגלים לשחק את המשחק. התשובה היא "לגמרי". למעשה סופסוף אנשים יכולים להנות מחשיבה אנליטית פתוחה וחקרנית מבלי להיות מוכפפים לשיח טיפולי שמרמז שהם לא בסדר. במובן הזה אנחנו באים יותר בטוב מכל פורמט "התערבות" קהילתי אחר, כי אנחנו רק פעילות.

אחר כך נמשכו שיחות צד על הרעיון הפרקטלי שזרקתי ולא לגמרי פיתחתי.... זה כנראה כבר לפעם הבאה.....
